Yes — Bar Gnomad is fully licensed, insured, and bonded as a liquor caterer in Tennessee. We handle compliance and liability so you don’t have to.

We bring the alcohol, bartenders, barware (cups, napkins, straws, stirrers), setup, and cleanup. You just provide access to water and trash disposal.

Each package comes with a set number of tickets. Guests use a ticket for each drink, which keeps the budget predictable and stress-free.

Yes! Every package includes at least one mocktail, and we can expand non-alcoholic options upon request.

Events canceled 14+ days in advance receive a full refund. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to reschedule.
